CC 1414 H. cooperi - ADDO STATION, JDV 90-43

70 seeds were forwarded to me by Allan Akers in 1991, having been sent from Kobus Venter - SA. 

Unfortunately they, amongst others, arrived with me as small oil stains on an ordinary envelope - having been crushed in the rollers of the automated sorting mechanism of the postal service.

Nevertheless they were sown in hope on 10/04/1991 and eight or so sturdy plants of this species resulted.

When posting seed PLEASE give them adequate protection by using padded packaging or a box. Two recent photos of this, now clustering, clone.

14 plants were produced from 28 seeds.
